"Glad to find these. We've had a set of Yorktowne stoneware since around 1976. These complement the set perfectly, giving us a lighter set of plates for our personal day-to-day use. The only negative point is that they're not suitable for the microwave, but that's a minor thing."
"Very nice plates and good quality"
"Not happy with color. Picture does not look pink in background."
"This was a gift and the recipient was delighted. These replaced the Yorktowne earthenware dishes she'd had years ago. Great quality. Thank you."
"Love them! High quality and bigger than I expected. They are perfect for outdoor or every day casual."
"Great set of plates for outdoor dining."
"I bought several sets of these plates to replace the use of paper plates in our home. They are light and easy to clean in the dishwasher. These melamine plates can’t go in the microwave, but we use them for plating items that come out of the microwave (reheated leftovers, cooked frozen meals, etc. )."
"Beautiful and lightweight. Very durable. Love them!"
"Just what I wanted and expected!!"
"These were our wedding pattern back in the 70's. The stoneware is gorgeous but heavy. We love having the lighter weight melamine for everyday use."
