"The teapot came with chipped paint. I wrote with pictures and was told they would replace it. The replacement came with a broken top. I put the non-chipped pot together with the whole top, but the experience was not great. Would not buy again"
"This item must have been a “second. ” It is poorly painted with heavy brush stokes in certain areas and no paint where there should be. Does not look like it’s pictured. Got it on sale and extremely disappointed. It will be returned or discarded."
