I was so pleased with

"I was so pleased with the detail and artistic rendering as well as the quality faltzgraff provides with dishwasher and microwave safety. However, the hollow design of these mugs makes them almost impossible to use with hot beverages. Even filled just above half, the hot liquid goes into the handle and makes it hard to hold. I have tough hands and can manage after a few minutes but my husband and adult son cannot use them. We've been debating what to do. Perhaps you could consider filling in the handle with some thing for future production?"
