Packing needs improvement
"The platter itself is beautiful, unfortunately I have ordered from 3 different vendors and each time it has arrived broken in many pieces. It is the packing of the original box that needs revised because the shipping boxes arrive in perfect condition. There is just a thin sheet of foam protecting the dip portion of the platter and no reinforcement around the edges of the box to protect the platter itself. I am awaiting a reshipment from Pfaltzgraff - hopefully it will arrive intact. Customer Service has been very helpful with the item I ordered from them."

ADORABLE, but….
"Unfortunately I cannot give this item a good review due to the poor packaging it is delivered with…no styrofoam to protect the two pieces, just one tiny piece of bubble wrap. The first one came broken in pieces. The second one came broken in pieces. Neither was wrapped properly. Decided to ask for a refund instead of asking for a third broken one. Sad, because it is absolutely adorable and I would’ve loved to add it to my collection."
