"Dishes we ordered are great. They came without any issues, other than the salad plates were the wrong color. My take is they should not go through a third party when filling out an order. One question I was left with is why they did not automatically say they would replace the dishes due to the fact that we ordered what we saw on the website—no questions about that. All in all, we would order from them again. But we would want to talk with a sales person instead of relying on the on-line approach."
