The next weekday, I called customer service. I had an excellent experience. I sent photos and was immediately sent 3 new bowls. First of all, I love your dishes, all of your dishes. This is another set of dishes that I love. After dealing with your company with a problem, I'll probably never go with another company, Everything that I experienced with your company was very positive in the best possible way.
