"Colors on plates received do not match the website colors, not even close. I tried to return all 3 sets and it costs $94. 50 per box 3 boxes to return them, which costs more than the entire order. Please let me know how I can return these and purchase different sets. I tried the Orlando Outlet to return but it is closed down."

"Terrible finish on the "glaze. Shows all fingerprints, mars, etc. A complete waste of money and you won't take it back or issue a credit. I have disposed of the complete set."
