Customer service was very quick to help me with a replacement for a blemished dish and they were cheerful about it and the replacement arrived promptly. I am pleased with the quality and customer service. PLUS, if you hit the sales at the right times, you can build out a whole collection over a few months."

"So far I am very happy with my purchase. I have only had a chance to remove the dishes from their boxes. I did notice that on some of the edges there is some white where either the paint rubbed off or was missed. It is small on several pieces but I don’t think it effects anything with the dishes. I am going to replace the shelf paper before I put the dishes in the dishwasher. If I have any problems after that I will reach out but as if now I am very happy"
