"The mug is EXTREMELY heavy, weighing approx. 1. 5 pounds each. More important, the customer service for this company is nonexistent. We ordered directly from Pfaltzgraff figuring we were avoiding the Amazon sidestep. One of the mugs arrived broken. When I reached out to see if we could exchanged the set for something else, I got a lovely AI generated email saying no and the expense to send the set back was on me (even though I was happy to exchange them with anything that didn't weigh as much. ) However, when I sent a second email asking them to replace the broken mug, I received an exceptionally prompt response saying yes, the mug could be replaced. So. . . I now have four mugs that I am going to donate to Goodwill. It is cheaper than sending the set back (having paid for shipping twice. ) I will NEVER buy from this company again. Customer service is key and I would have been happy to exchange these mugs for anything, but not at my expense to send them back (broken cup and all. )"
