This bowl is the perfect buffet companion because the lid keeps the heat in so servings of stuffing, macaroni and cheese or scalloped potatoes stay warm throughout the meal. Travels easily from the oven to the table and it's the perfect dish for storing and reheating leftovers. Oven safe up to 350 degrees F for 2 hours. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Covered casserole measures 8 inch diameter x 4-3/4 inch high and holds 1-1/2 quarts.

"I wasn't sure how I would use this, but I thought it was cute and could be used instead of white corningware for a better match for serving. Already used it for mashed potatoes to keep warm in the oven at 180° (dishwasher temperature). I would never bake in it, though. It looks great just as an accent sitting on my countertop."
