Not what was advertised.
"I would have loved to give this Five Stars, but unfortunately I have yet to receive the correct item. Instead of the Rockport 20 Piece Flatware Set Service for 4 of knife, fork, tablespoon and teaspoon I received a 20 Piece flatware set service for four with knife, fork, spoon, and very cheap steak knife. When I reached out and sought support I was immediately told the wrong one had been sent and a replacement was being sent out. Unfortunately I received another of the same incorrect set (with the very cheap steak knives). When I reached out again I was told that I had (apparently) ordered the steak knife set the first time so my order has been correct all along. This was been a bit of a surprise since I still have the original order confirmation email which labels the item as #5245073 with the two types of spoons and ZERO cheap steak knives. I can understand a shipping error but to admit to it and then turn around and try gaslighting a customer is horrible service and a sign that future business should, and will, be brought to another vendor."
