"I ordered the Rhea set since the colors went perfectly in my kitchen. They arrived quickly & unfortunately one of the plates was broken in many pieces. I called your customer service number for help. I expected to be told to repack the set & send them back & they would replace it. Instead they sent out a replacement set & told me to keep the first set. I was very impressed with your level of customer service! I have had Pfaltzgraff for decades (1972!) mostly Yorktowne & some Folk Art. Thank you so much!"
