Not happy as they look

"Not happy as they look awful, the black outline on the poppies is all splattered and the color of the dishes doesn't match my original ones. I want to return but I don't want to pay the shipping costs and when I contacted the distributor they won't pay for the shipping as they feel there's nothing wrong with the product. I'm very disappointed and won't buy anything else from you. They don't care that the customer is not happy!"

"The Painted Poppies design is pretty but the salad plate now being offered has an ugly brown hue to it and does not remotely match tan background color of the Painted Poppies Salad Plates included in the set we bought in 2018. I returned these plates."

"Perfect size for smaller meals or side salad. I replaced one that broke. Have had the pattern for years and happy to see I can still order additional pieces when one breaks. Came heavily bubble wrapped with no beaks, cracks or scratches. Surface has never scratched off from silverware usage."
