"Rate zero. . . . lowest rate you have! I have had my Midnight Sun dinner set for 30 years in which I have added extra serving pieces. I love the pattern, and the quality. However have had some plates get chips from everyday usage and a few broken pieces. So I have ordered replacement 4 piece set and 4 extra soup bowls. I did receive the order and I am very dissatisfied with all of it. Quality, overall looks and sizes of some pieces. plates smaller, coffee mugs larger shiny finish on plates. Does not match my beautiful set. I do not feel. Like I should have to pay the almost 80. 00$ return fee when that would be half of what I paid for the pieces I ordered. Very disappointed in your return policy and quality Does not have the Pfaltzgraff name on it. Nor should it"

Not the same Midnight Sun
"Not the same Midnight Sun original pattern (i. e. no pattern, just black bowl). And it's a bit smaller than the orignal soup/cereal bowl. It'll work, just not what we expected."

We have been getting Midnight
"We have been getting Midnight Sun dishes for years. We love the pattern but after washing them in the dishwasher, over time the brightness of the black fade."

Bowls do not match
"Bowls do not match original pattern. I was told I should have been able to tell from the photo but photo is highly airbrushed. Seems you would just say on the site that they do not match the original bowls. I could have bought them off eBay but thought it was safer to trust the product directly from the company. Very disappointed and disappointed in the customer service."

Soup bowls poor quality
"If you are buying these bowls to go with an original set of Platzgraff dishes, don't! They don't match the original bowls in pattern weight or color. Very poor quality compared to original Pflatzgraff made in the USA . These are Chinese knockoffs."
