"They seemed to be nice quality. They say they are dishwasher and microwave safe but they to NOT hold up! I bought 2 sets for my daughter for Christmas and 2 months later, one plate chipped and another cracked. So I contacted Pfaltzgraff about the problem, all they were willing to help me with is 30% off for a whole new 4-piece set which we don't need. I only wanted the plates replaced. Then just last week, My son-in-law took one plate out of the microwave with food on it, only to have it break in half in his hand!! Terrible! I do not understand why Pfaltzgraff does not stand by their product!"
