"The finished product is poor quality. Several pieces arrived with visible scratches on surface of plates. In addition, there were black specks and noticeable bumps of something under the white glaze. The glaze was also uneven. The customer service rep said that the specs were dust from.the factory processing. They only offered to send 3 replacement plates which also arrived with surface scratches in the center of the white plates. Although they were not an expensive set, I expected higher quality and finish work from Pfaltzgraff. Disappointing."
