"I previously gave this set four stars, but I have to lower my opinion. I've had them for about three months. So far, one plate chipped in the dishwasher and one plate broke in half as I was setting it on the counter. No, I didn't drop the plate. It literally just broke in half. I still like them overall, but my experience leaves me thinking they won't last over time."
Good enough for every day
"I like the color of all the items in the set, and it seems high quality. Everything has substantial weight to it, and it feels like it will last for a very long time. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the size of the dinner plates before I bought the set. These plates are larger (11") than my old ones, and they don't easily fit in my cabinets. So, I will be rearranging my kitchen storage. Also, the salad plates seem to be different sizes. It's not a big deal, but they vary by about 1/4". Overall, I'm happy with the choice for everyday use."
