I have a 20+ year

"I have a 20+ year old extended service for 8 in the heritage pattern. Many of the frequently used pieces have dingy gray marks, and I have tried everything I can think of to clean them off, including using your company's stoneware cleaner. Another concern is food safety: some of these marks are smooth curves or lines, looking very much like hairline fractures like what i remember seeing on my grandmother's ancient china. I do not feel comfortable using those pieces even if I could clean off the gray. So, i thought, at least do a trial replacement for the mugs as a test before deciding how to proceed with the frequently used pieces. Well, the new mugs are lighter in weight & somewhat thinner around the rim, neither of which are noticeable unless holding one in each hand. But the kicker is the new mugs have a distinct yellow color compared to the ivory of the old set. That's a deal breaker for me since the color shift between the new version and the lightly used items of the original set is just too great. where to go from here? tossing that back to you. Disappointing

"Well, I am super disappointed and may send them all back. Heritage was my first set in 1994 and I thought I’d buy more and WOW! the quality is not nearly as good. A pfaltzgraff ink label instead of a stamp into the ceramic, it’s yellow-ish instead of a beautiful soft white and it’s filthy(mugs). Crusty, dirty, weird. Plates seem ok, but still not the same fine Pfzg quality. I’ve been waiting and waiting too because of UPS delays. No longer made in the USA. Very unfortunate."

Not the same Herritage as when made in USA.

"Finish hada yellowish tint to it. Edges are less defined than on originals."

Mugs are not true white

"Color isn’t white, cream color outside and yellow inside. Disappointed. My other heritage mugs are white inside and out."

Perfect. I am so glad

"Perfect. I am so glad I can add mugs to set I purchased years ago. Two came broken, but were replaced quickly free of charge. Thank you for great customer service."

Ordered heritage white cups. Cups

"Ordered heritage white cups. Cups weren’t actually white to match my dishes. They were more cream colored."
