"Items were not packed properly and were damaged. Initially picked up the package from the ground and wanted to throw it in the trash as I could hear the broken glass. I sent photographs to customer service and received an inappropriate response. Refused to give me credit and it's been over a week and they have yet to respond to my last email. I took individual photographs of the damage cups and a day later customer service wanted one photograph of all the broken cups not individual photographs. After taking the photographs I threw all four cuts in the trash. Not like I want to keep broken glass around the house. The dollar store has better quality than these."
