USA Made
"My kitchen is filled with Pfaltzgraff Garden Party items, including canisters, a utensil crock, lotion bottle, a turntable filled with matching items on the kitchen table, and a corner cabinet displaying multiple teapots and serving dishes. I love the vast variety of complimentary items that I have been able to purchase. My original set of dishes was showing surface wear, so this purchase was replacement of previously purchased items. I see an obvious difference between USA made and Chinese made items. Chinese made are thinner, more likely to chip, and the finish wears out faster. If you wanted to skimp on quality in order to increase profit, you could have done that while continuing to manufacture in the US. The high quality of the US made items was a big draw for Pfaltzgraff though. I predict that your brand following will suffer. Bring back the USA made quality! Now, regarding this Chinese made order, it’s thinner, probably will chip, and the colors are slightly more pastel than my other items. I keep it because I need replacement plates if I want to continue using my multiple high quality USA made items."

"The plates were not of good color, the green stripes and cheeries were not imitated very well, even of an aged set of USA Pfaltzgraff. However, they did stack ok."
