It's not the same mold

"It's not the same mold as the original dinnerware made in the 1980s. I found the Folkart navy floral design to have been screen printed in a way that easily fades after several runs through the dishwasher. The blue design on the dishes I bought in the 1980s are still has vivid as the day I bought them."

A bit smaller

"I needed to replace a dinner plate that had cracked as well as a salad plate that had broken. Both of the replacement plates were about a quarter inch smaller in diameter than my original plates that I had purchased about 35 years ago. Other than that, they matched and I would have given this 5 stars if they had been the same size."

"Design differs from our present dinnerware. Diameter is the same but the edges are not as high. There is also a slight difference in color."
