"Disappointed. The plates were nice but the color was way different in person than on the website. Much darker. Did not go with my color scheme. Tried to return them but the shipping cost was almost the same as the price of the dishes so I just kept them."
"I have already sent in feedback on my recent purchase to the online site. I ordered 3 dinnerware sets and found the color description and pictures were not a true representation of actual color. If there was any question of the color matching I would have ordered 1 set to ensure colors matched my serving pieces, which they did not. They have been returned and now I have paid $180 in mailing costs with nothing to show for it. I requested a shipping adjustment which was refused. Being a retiree I can ill afford a loss of $180. I will appreciate any assistance you can offer. Please send response. Thank you."

"Beautiful dishes! They are a perfect neutral greige color. The shallower bowls fit very well in the top rack of our dishwasher. It’s hard to find bowls that aren’t too deep to fit well. They’re not overly heavy for stoneware. We did have a broken bowl and a few wobbly plates when they arrived but replacements are on the way."
