"Out of a set of 4 dinner plates, 3 were defective. Small pinholes in the glaze, and a small chip on the bottom of one. Pfaltzgraff sent replacements but I’ve lost confidence in the quality of their products. I’ve ordered dinnerware from them before with no problems so this was very disappointing."
