"Pfaltzgraff design and functionality are well known. I love how they have something for everyone's tastes. . . . . . . even someone who decorated her kitchen in vintage Halloween! This set matches my vintage witch dishes perfectly. . . . . and I couldn't be happier. What's less known, is their care and customer service. My emails were responded to promptly, and my issue was over compensated. Sincerely. . . . . . the greatest attention was given to my satisfaction. I am pleasantly pleased with this purchase. . . . . . and the purchases I've made prior. I really don't know why anyone would buy their dishes elsewhere."

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
"The color was NOT midnight it had a brown look to it so unless tou liek brown donr buy it! I had tried to cancel my order and they said its too late and they shipped it anyways even though it hadn't shipped! Then when I asked for the process to return it they said they don't cover return shipping. I was ok with that until the shipping was $120 I spent $150 for the the dished and I wasn't even going to get the full $150 back because they dont cover intial shipping! They screwed me! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!"

"Love it, the glaze that was used made the set really smooth, you have to be careful when washing by hand. It’s absolutely beautiful though, I ordered this to go with another gothic set of dishes I have. Beautiful when they are a stand alone set and if it’s paired."
