"Dishes are great, one dish had a flaw but no complaints. Company not so much. Not the same from years ago. Ordered 2 sets of dishes and other matching pieces. Received boxes in a timely manner. 3 days after the sets are $70 cheaper. Called for help and was told I only had 48 hours to make adjustment. I haven't even opened the boxes. They told me I could send back but delivery charge is more than dishes now. I asked can I order an additional set and maybe they will waive delivery fee because less than $100 and their answer is NO. I have been buying from them for about 30 years. I guess that's what happens when companies are no longer American and customer service is outsourced. Rude employees and this will be the last set I order from them. Loyalty no longer matters."

I’ve had to have several guests for dinner since I’ve got them!! I even love washing and drying them by hand!! I love the size, the feel, the color ! Just everything.
