"A lot of chaos trying to resolve this. 2 sets with broken cups. Said they would replace broken cups, instead sent me different set of cups I had already received. Sent me a Mikasa dish set for 4 that I didn't order. Took weeks to finally resolve and get my 3rd set. Still waiting on broken cup replacement."
"I love the pattern and design. The dishes are very well-made. I had an issue with one cup having sharp edges around the top where the design was but Pfaltzgraff corrected it by sending me a new cup. They are the best issues I’ve ever owned."

"I've had this set for about a year and a half. I have had no problems whatsoever with chips or cracks. Every piece has held up extremely well and looks like it did the day I bought the set. Such a cute yet subtle pattern, and perfect for anyone who loves the bee theme. The only downside is there are no additional pieces to add to the dinner set. I see it comes in yellow now...might have to add it to my collection!"

"I love the pattern . Needed to replace an older set of dishes. During the first week of using the dinnerware one of the large plates got a chip. I was taking extra caution while handling but still got a chip. The rest of the dishes are still in good shape. I am sad that I can’t get a replacement plate"
"I just replaced my Pfaltzgraff set I had for 15 years. When I got them I thought these are very thin not sturdy compared to my original set. One of the plates just broke so upset not from being bumped or dropped just from being set on the counter. I love the look but not satisfied with this set."
"This set is perfect! The honeycomb pattern is exactly what I was looking for! They are look gorgeous and are wonderful to use! I’m so glad I bought service for 12. I only wish there were serving pieces to go with this set. Definitely recommend!"
