"My order for 12 dinnerware settings was replacing a set that was almost 20 years old. Pfaltzgraff longevity is never a concern. However, the hues of white in the ad pix were very off compared to what I received. Specifically the bowls and salad plates. In the ad pic the interior bowl color and the off white background color of the salad plates appears just that…off white. Unfortunately, the plates were much darker in this respect and the bowls are practically tan. I hate browns so this is a source of contention for me. Still, I’ll keep them because I know they’ll last. If I purchase again in this lifetime I’ll try to do it in store."
