"The design looked different online. The width of the leaves and flowers was thinner. It would have matched the other design in the Belmont series better. The plates I received had the same layout and look of the design online. But, the leaves and flowers are thicker. I understand the Belmont series is not supposed to be exactly colored in the lines. If the plates I received were pictured online, I would have not purchased them. It is just ugly. I’m very disappointed. I have 12 places setting of the red, round design with matching salad plates; 8 settings of the square red design, an original platter & serving bowl as well as 2 newer red platters and salt/ pepper shakers. Wanted 4 more red, square settings. But, guess that won’t happen. I have always been very happy with what I have ordered. My entire set was purchased through this site. Just disappointed."

"I love the pattern of these plates. Originally when I purchased the new plates, there were only 4 in stock and I needed a set of 8 to go with the dinner plates. It took a while to be notified that they were back in stock to purchase. When I received them I noticed that the quality was not quite the same. A little more bleeding of color on the edges but I still really like the looks of the plates and would buy them again. If 100% uniformity is important to you, these plates are not for you. I personally like that each one has it's own "character""
