"I’ve only had these dishes for two weeks so I can’t attest to how they have held up. I will say they are attractive and will fit into most decors. The scalloped pattern on the edges give it a nice look and they are casual yet classy."
"Originally I was smitten with these dishes, loved everything about them. (See my original review from 2 years ago) Sadly, they are not very durable. We purchased 2 sets (8 settings), it’s only my husband and I using them & we only have 3 dishes left & 4 bowls! They chip or crack so easily. I’ve never had dinnerware this fragile. I always thought Phaltzgraff was sturdy & long lasting. We’ve had sets in the past that I have been able to pass down to our children. This style, although beautiful, it’s not strong enough for everyday use. So sad."

"I just love this set! It met all my expectations! The neutral coloring, the somewhat Celtic design along the edging, the size of each item… This set is casual for every day use, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use it for a holiday or special meal either. The mugs are perfect size for coffee, tea or cocoa. The deep bowls work for salad, soup, pasta or cereal! The dinner plates are so lovely, it makes any meal put on them look like you’re eating better! The smaller plates are large enough for any meal too. I use them as often as the dinner plates. I’ve never been so pleased with a set before, and I’ve had a few sets along the way. I was especially glad to buy directly from Pfaltzgraff. They had a Sale that made the buy better than anyone else selling them, so I was quick to buy them when I was alerted by email. They shipped quickly, even though there was a brief delay. One plate had a hairline crack in it and Pfaltzgraff replaced it immediately. They were very apologetic and easy to communicate with. My experience all around has been great. I highly recommend the Amelia set and the long established Pfaltzgraff company."

"Did I say that we love these dishes? Lol We love the simplicity of the pattern but also how heavy they are, how they aren’t exact carbon copies of each other - almost like pieces of pottery each are slightly unique. They can be dressed up or used casually. Great set! Now to offer some serving piece please!!!"
