"I was very happy with my product. I had paid extra so my dishes could get here before my daughter's wedding shower. Apparently the package was damaged before I received it and it was sent back. I called the company and they sent out another package the same night. I did receive it the day before the shower. I was very happy. Thank you"

Not the Pfaltzgraff quality I always loved!
"I like the dishes...great color, decent pattern. Compared to my original Pfaltzgraff pattern that was made in USA - this new selection is poor quality. A bowl just touched the edge of a plate and it chipped the plate. I have used my first USA made set for 20 plus years, it NEVER chipped! I'm just glad I didn't pay a lot of money for this set. Have your product made in American to its former high standards, charge more, people will like it better!"
Pitted with terrible glaze quality
"After sending photos of the terrible quality of the glaze, customer service believes this is “normal” for glazed items. I am a huge fan of glazed dinnerware and have purchased far less expensive items with far better quality. This is a sad disappointment because this company used to be known for good quality. Their unwillingness to support quality means all 3 sets will be returned. 36 items in the 3 sets were pitted and marred."
