"Two of my 4 plates have a “wavy”rim. The green paint around the rim is much wider and not as neat as my plates purchased 20 years ago. Both flaws are very noticeable when stacked with my old ones. I ordered salad plates a few years ago and half of them had very noticeable flaws. The quality of Winterberry I have purchased from Pfaltzgraff’s website has been overall, very poor."

"I love the winter berry collection. My mom started collecting them for me. I got a new set each year. My mom has passed away. So I decided to finish the set. I wanted to make sure I had enough for 16."
"I ordered these plates to complete a set that I began about a decade ago and to replace a broken one. These were made in China, and are noticeably different in some ways from the ones I already had, which were made in Indonesia or the US. The clay is a tan color (noticeable on the bottom of the plate), which changes the white finish of the pattern compared to the lighter clay of the older plates. The green rim is much heavier and placed differently around the edge of the plate compared to the older ones. And the pattern itself is slightly different in terms of how it is oriented on the new plates. They are still pretty, but they aren't a seamless match with my older plates."
