Fast Delivery / Inferior Product

"Packaging and delivery were excellent, but plates and bowls scratch easily after used once or twice. We have Village items from many years ago when product was made in US, and don't have the blemishes, scratches that seem to occur right away with stock manufactured outside the country."

"they are just a tad smaller than my old ones but otherwise good. Definitely will keep them. Hard to find these days."

Perfect Size Plates!

"I have looked for months for additional luncheon plates to add to my Village set. Finally, I succeeded in finding them at Pfaltzgraff!"

Not even close to the original!

"I was very, very disappointed in these plates. The color of the plate is much darker than my 'original' Village plates, the design, which is smaller than that on my other plates, appears to have been printed on rather than stamped/painted in underglaze, and the clincher came when I was unwrapping the bubble wrap, turned the plate over and had to remove a "Made in China" sticker from the back. My circa 1977 collection will diminish from now on, as I'll not replace any broken pieces with the 'new' Village dishes."
