Good customer service

"After over a week my order had still not arrived and the usps tracking number said “fulfilled” the entire time. I called pfalzgraf customer service and they said it had been shipped over a week prior. I emailed them requesting cancellation and refund, which was promptly done. I gave them 4 stars because customer service wad so nice and refunded my payment promptly. I took off a star because my order was lost in the mail sonehow."
