"Wonderful customer service. My 16 piece dinnerware set had one salad plate that was not the pattern ordered. Sent an email to Pfaltzgraff and they quickly responded and sent the correct plate. All I had to do was send them a picture of the incorrect plate and the following week the replacement was delivered."

"I’ve had these dishes for a little over a year.. upon receiving them the markings/swirls were not as prominent as when I saw them in a store overtime they starting coming off more and more and on the back of the plates you cannot even see anymore the brand name I do not recommend these dishes. Very sad because Pfaltzgraff is selling nothing but junk these days"
