"I was very disappointed in the quality of this shipment. Every piece looks like a second quality with huge rough patches in the glazing and missing teal color on the outer edges. What happened to the Pfaltzgraph quality. Another issue I have is the Pfaltzgraph name completely washed off of the bottom of pieces. are these fakes?"
