"The quality of Pflatzgraff is undeniable but when ordering new items to complement an older set of dishes, the modified manufacturing process makes for slightly different serving settings. Not a problem for most people, myself included, but an indication from factory would have been helpful. Thanks for continuing to produce quality dishes."
