Questionable Quality

"These are pretty mugs, except that one of the mugs has a black scuff mark in the resin, which is very disappointing. It isn't an expensive set of mugs, so I didn't want to bother with the work involved with exchange/return, but the black scuff does detract from an otherwise nice set of mugs. Since I've been sent a review request for this item specifically, it would be really great if customer service would be willing to send me out a replacement on one of these mugs! The other 3 are perfect. Thanks."
