"Lovely set of dinnerware. When set arrived, one cup had broken handle so I emailed and yesterday a new copy up arrived. No charge for the cup or shipping. To get that kind of customer care is so very rare! Outstanding customer service, I'd give them a 10/10! As for the Sylvia set, it's being used by us everyday, goes through the dishwasher perfectly and we've used it in the microwave without problems."
