We really like the mug

"We really like the mug tree, but the base isn't quite round, so it doesn't turn easily. The other issue is one of design. If the hooks above were attached between the lower hooks, it would hold large mugs on both upper an lower. Still really like it, and it was nice to have for the Cocoa Bar at Christmas."

One of the 8 hooks

"One of the 8 hooks was missing, not broken off. Looks like a manufacturing defect."

Great weight and convenient

"Love how sturdy this product is and the versatility of being able to twist it around to get to all cups. However, you do have to remove the top ones before you can take one from the bottom hooks."

Great Quality

"I just received my mug tree, and when starting to place my Thanksgiving mugs on it, I discovered that there is a design mistake. There are 4 hooks and top and 4 on bottom but they are directly over each other. So in order to get to the bottom tier, you have to take off the top ones first. This is the only complaint I have. I just wish the hooks had been staggered. It's only important if you want to use several different types of mugs. It's still top quality and great for coffee bars."
