Beware not microwave safe!! Third-degree burn!
"It all started with the crap packaging. Several of the dishes were broken they make you take a picture and send it to them to do an exchange. Ridiculous. Had them for less than a year heating a cuppa coffee up per usual and got a third-degree burn on my finger from the handle. Company again needed a picture. Then told me that I need to use an oven mitt and heat in 30 second increments. Absolute crap! Buyer beware pfaltzgraff is not what it used to be and the service is horrible."

Nice Mugs
