These look like factory seconds-hand painted does NOT mean splotches and disfigurement
"I had my eye on these plates so when I saw they were on sale, I quickly ordered them. I work in the nonprofit sector so you know I am not well off. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the plates as well as customer service. I understand that hand painted dishes might have some unevenness, but that is not the case with the shipment I received. I’ll except for two plates. All of them look like factory seconds or another word rejects. The butterflies are disfigured, and the plates have splotches of white where they are not supposed to. I get angry even looking at these plates. I called customer service to make a return and sent them pictures and they said that they were normal. They do not look like the pictures on the website and therefore are not normal. They offered to take back two and replace them. I Have to pay to return them-what a joke! Buyer beware! Shame on you."
