"Love the service we purchased. One bowl had a slight flaw where the color didn't meet the underside but it was okay. I was very surprised that the extra pieces I ordered, the small bowls and plates were made in china and not the US like the dinnerware, Why? There is some difference in coloration. Overall, we are very happy with our new dishes."

After 12 business days, had to contact customer service to track down our order which then took several business days to locate (apparently our order was lost in the warehouse). Our order was dekivered several days later (16 business days total from original order date to the delivery date)."

"Absolutely beautiful set! We ended up getting all the pieces that were available (still waiting for the appetizer plates. . . ). We actually have used a few Pfaltzgraff patterns over the years and are "retiring" (giving to daughter) Cocoa & Cappuccino to make room for these. Nice size and weight to them. The plates, per my kitchen scale, are a little lighter than the old sets (Cocoa: 35. 0 oz. - 993 g. , Cappuccino: 33. 2 oz. - 940 g. , Munro Blue: 30. 3 oz. - 860 g. ), but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, as they are still pretty hefty. It is a striking set and just goes with the wood-based decor of the kitchen. More pieces, please! The 6"x 3" bowls will be missed. . ."
