"These dishes are beautiful but I am very disappointed in the quality of. After one use, they are not sealed properly therefore now have terrible metal markings all over them. After calling customer service they insisted this was not a defective. I now need to buy some kind of cleaning product to remove these marks but they explained that this will not prevent future markings. I’m very disappointed in the quality especially coming from pfaltzgraff."
"I wished there was a clear glaze finish. I feel like the rougher finish is going to scratch more easily over time. Additionally, a dinner plate and a salad plate don't sit "even" - they wobble. Finally, a bowl was broken in shipping."

"A couple pieces arrived broken. Customer service was excellent with replacing. My biggest complaint is quality is rather poor. Several pieces have chipped with every day use. Also they scratch or mark up very easily. With first use there were black marks on the finish."

"Should have returned from the beginning. Multiple pieces arrived broken and even replacement pieces arrived broken. Not even a year old and multiple pieces have chipped and they easily scratch. Just my husband and I using them."
