"Do not buy these! The very first time we used these, they left huge scratch marks on the plates (with just the use of a fork or spoon - you can't imagine what I knife does!). Pfaltzgraff's customer service was horrible and they do NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. They told me there was nothing they could do and would not accept a return or refund any money. I now have plates that I would not serve to guests and look horrible, despite being new. So disappointed in the product and the crappy customer service. Don't buy these or any of their products."

Beautiful….emulates handmade

"First of all, Pfaltzgraff is my go-to…I have “Cocoa” dinnerware sets I purchase in 2000 and they still look great. I wanted a change so I purchased 3 “Hudson” dinnerware sets. I am a potter and understand wheel-thrown pottery with its rustic look. This dinnerware is awesome…it emulates hand-thrown pottery on a higher level. I love it!"
