Poor Quality
"I was super excited about this tray! However, the color is way off from what it's pictured, and when I assembled it, the gray stain came off on my hands. The bottom tray also has a long horizontal crack. The quality is extremely poor, especially for the price. I would return it, but I like its hexagon shape, so I'm going to stain it the brownish gray like is pictured on the website and give it a couple of coats of polyurethane. Also, the trays are rather deep so I assembled them upside down."

The metal hardware would not
"The metal hardware would not screw in all the way on first unit sent. After submitting my issue they immediately sent a new one. The new unit has been constructed and is currently displayed."
