"Pfaltzgraff has what is effectively a NO RETURN policy. Pfaltzgraff requires the purchaser to pay for return shipping costs and it is not cost effective to return them. The return shipping charges at UPS and USPS almost total the cost of the dishes!!! Therefore, whether or not I am satisfied with my purchase I am forced to keep them. Satisfaction guaranteed is an empty promise!"
