"I love my set! And one piece came broken in the box and the customer service team answered right away to send me a replacement. I have always had pfaltzgraff and have been happy for 22 years!"
"Nice looking pattern but two dinner plates had noticeable flaws in the color ring around the plate. Also, want to buy quite a few more sets but don’t need the mugs. Would probably order them if I could select only the items desired. Likely won’t due to this."
"Would like to order another set"
"Dishes are heavy and well-made. The Grayson pattern matches my kitchen."
"absolutely love these dishes - they look elegant"
"After a kitchen remodel, I opted to replace my previous Pfaltzgraff "Taos" with "Grayson". I ordered 2 sets, plus the matching pasta dishes. What a disappointment; EVERY dinner plate, salad plate, and set bowl has glazing/paint defects. Smears, discoloration, significant glaze pitting, debris in the glaze, Fingers crossed that customer service doesn't require me to pay for shipping to return due to the incredible amount of extremely noticeable defects. It looks like I received the "scratch & dent" pieces. The pasta bowls (ordered separately) and the coffee cups were all just fine."
"Perfect for my kitchen - granite - colors. And the white area is such a highlight."
"Absolutely beautiful"
"I purchased 4 sets of the Grayson Dinnerware back in 2018 when my kitchen was remodeled and thought I had bought quality since they are Pfaltzgraff . Shortly after we began using them (roughly within the first couple of months) I noticed the all 16 plates, bowls and mugs had scratch marks all over the white surface from silverware use. The dishes look like they are 30 years old. I am embarrassed to use them for company they look soo horrible. I sent emails to Pfaltzgraff and Kohls (where I had purchased them) complaining about the scratches and marks all over the dishes. Neither company has ever responded to my emails. I just came across an advertisement for the Grayson Dinnerware and was surprised to see they are being sold again. Please beware of purchasing this dinnerware cause of the poor quality. Very disappointed and still unhappy of my purchase 5 years later."
