"I have had many Pfaltzgraff sets over the years. This is the first set I have been disappointed with. The quality control is suboptimal. There is variability in plates heights where they do not stack evenly. There are small burrs and irregular glaze on dinner and salad plates. The plates mark easily from utensils. The bowls do fit nicely in the dishwasher. This set is not the quality I expected from Pfaltzgraff and I wouldn't purchase them again. Upside: Customer service was helpful in replacing the significantly defective pieces."
