"I've had my Folks Art stoneware since the early 80s. These bowls are the right size and pattern, but they don't really match. The glaze is blue, the surface is smoother. I'm using them but it makes me sad. I've replaced lots of plates because of chips and crazing. I will continue to replace them but it makes me sad that the color and feel of the line is more streamlined, less of a hand-thrown feel. Original on left, new on right"

They are ok. Originally I

"This bowl had a raised hump on the bottom inside the bowl, unlike my older bowls. Pfaltzgraff just isn't made like it used to be. The colors are slightly off and they just don't compare to the older items. They say “Made in China” now, too. I miss the older version."
