Broken Plates

"Received the first package of plates today for a Christmas gift for my daughter. All of the plates are broken. They were not wrapped in bubble wrap only had a think piece of cardboard in between each plate. Very upsetting and disappointed. Hoping customer service will return my email and a resolution."

"They are a different shade than the ones I already have. There is no dark shading, it’s almost a step was missed in the finishing process. I’m still unsatisfied with the Cambria dishes I bought a few years ago. They chip very easily and I picked up a stack of 4 plates to put them up and the bottom plate broke into 3 pieces. I don’t use them, they’ve been in China cabinet for a while."
